ACoD bears are nearly always invisible, so the child is forced to first recognize the trauma and then find ways to acknowledge and deal with the emotions the divorce trauma caused. We’ll also discuss the (formal) church’s failures and responsibilities: Is it helping or neglecting to help those families who seek alternatives and solutions to difficult and seemingly impossible marriages?
