Today, when a child dies every 20 seconds from lack of drinking water and sanitation, we can see that this biblical mandate is just as relevant as it was 2000 years ago. Fred Mawanda understands this problem firsthand as he has traveled around the globe gathering support for his people through the Masaka Well Project.
