Anne Basham, CEO of Anti-Trafficking International knows first hand some of the traumas of the children shuffled through the Foster Care system and she no longer wants to remain silent about those traumas. While there are many extremely loving parents and homes that take in these poor children, there are also evil men and women that take advantage of that system in order to traffic these already vulnerable children for their own evil gain.
